A.J. Boggs supports Southeastern Michigan Health Association (SEMHA) and Michigan Department of Community Health (MDCH) efforts in the ongoing battle to prevent HIV/AIDS.

In cooperation with these agencies, A.J. Boggs developed an Internet-based program which tracks HIV/AIDS prevention services such as counseling, referral, outreach, education and training programs. Using the latest Microsoft technologies, the system collects data on the prevention efforts of local providers of HIV/AIDS services in Michigan. The HIV.Care ^TM system tabulates data to contribute to monitoring and evaluating HIV prevention programs and allows service providers to respond to local, state and federal funding requirements. The system provides data essential to evaluate each program’s effectiveness, thus improving prevention services for the residents of Michigan.

Public health agencies count on A.J. Boggs to create customized systems to meet their program evaluation requirements.
