The Challenge:  managing the IT support services for a family of outpatient clinics that support 35+ primary care physicians.  The challenges included coordinating VOIP phone systems, managing Internet connectivity between 5+ clinics, and support for their Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems including web-based patient portal solutions.

The Solution:  a mix of client IT staff and IXN offsite services to assure continuity of service across a widely distributed set of clinics.

The Result: 50% reduction in costs by working more closely with internal staff and cross training to lower IT support/consultation fees.
