A.J. Boggs carries the legacy of two lifelong friends, A. James Crawford and Maxwell P. Boggs. Their journey began in college and continued in Akron, Ohio, where Jim worked as an engineer at Goodyear and Max served as Treasurer at the University of Akron. Their spirit of camaraderie, integrity, and humility lives on in the company founded by their grandsons—continuing their tradition of innovation, trust, and service.

Clarke Anderson
Clarke is the founder of AJBoggs and a creative leader with deep experience in software development, internet services, and business strategy. He leads company efforts in sales, research, and product development, with a focus on scalable, people-first technology solutions. Clarke holds degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Economics from the University of Michigan.
Outside of work, he supports nonprofit causes, enjoys hiking, biking, and is a dedicated Michigan State University sports fan.
James Anderson
James leads AJBoggs' technology consulting and software development with 30+ years of leadership experience. He has driven innovation in health IT, Medicaid systems, and cybersecurity, helping public and private sector clients navigate complex, compliance-driven environments. Under his guidance, A.J. Boggs has earned a reputation for custom development and secure, data-driven solutions. A CISSP-certified professional since 2015, James thrives on solving difficult problems and mentoring teams to achieve their potential.
Outside of work, he enjoys tackling technical challenges and exploring ways to turn great ideas into impactful products.
Samitha Mohammed
Samitha brings global experience in database planning, development, and problem-solving. She’s known for her calm, focused approach and eagerness to explore new tools and technologies. Samitha works closely with teams to troubleshoot, optimize, and deliver efficient, scalable platforms.
Outside of work, she enjoys gardening, hiking, and catching up on OTT shows. She also volunteers with a nonprofit promoting Kerala’s culture through local events.
Isabel Munoz, PhD
Isabel leads product strategy and delivery across a portfolio of technology solutions for public health and government organizations. She holds a Ph.D. in Information Science and Technology and is passionate about creating products that simplify complex processes, improve user experiences, and deliver measurable impact. By combining research, strategic thinking, and collaboration, Isabel helps transform customer needs into scalable, user-centered solutions that leverage emerging technologies to solve real-world challenges.
Outside of work, Isabel enjoys concerts, movies, and comedy shows.
Ash Raj
Ash brings a strong foundation in software engineering and over five years of experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver scalable platform solutions. Her background includes a data-driven approach to product strategy and life-cycle execution, API integrations, and workflow automation. As a Product Owner at AJBoggs, Ash takes a holistic approach to product development, aligning customer needs with scalable, standardized solutions that deliver lasting value.
When she’s not brainstorming for product ideas, Ash likes to try out new hobbies, go to the park, and soak under the sun. Lately, she has also been getting into gardening.
Casey Ward
Casey Ward, Senior Program Manager, brings more than 15 years of experience supporting the Iowa Ryan White Part B Program. With a strong background in public health program management, she specializes in program development, coordinating services for vulnerable populations, and navigating complex federal and state requirements. Passionate about improving access to care, Casey collaborates with clients and teams to develop practical, impactful solutions that strengthen public health programs and improve outcomes for the communities they serve.
Outside of work, Casey enjoys reading, spending time at the lake, and traveling to visit family.
