A new process was engineered to manage financial data in a centralized data warehouse integrated with Microsoft’s Dynamics. A financial dashboard was developed that reported sales and profitability of orders across the enterprise.
The Result
Plant Managers and corporate executives were able to access timely reports and critical performance metrics using the new financial reporting dashboard. The time required to process “month-end close” for the accounting department was reduced by over 300%.
