A Michigan-based health information exchange needed to establish new support systems for its 15+ employees. They needed high-availability, high-security infrastructure; collaborative Email systems; file sharing; and state-of-the-art phone services.
The Solution
IXN provided secure Microsoft domain networking infrastructure including Exchange Email services, file server, anti-virus, secure tunneling, VOIP telephony and office Internet services. The designs included all servers hosted in IXN’s secure offsite data center. IXN provided project management, infrastructure planning, network engineering, training, health information regulation compliance services, and ongoing support. Our managed services included hosting for GLHIE’s health IT infrastructure.
